To use our service in car parks, register for free via the PARK NOW iOs app / Android app and order the access card for only € 2.69.

You can order the access card in the app under “Account” (iOS) or “Manage” (Android).

All PARK NOW parking garages in your area are displayed in the app. With just one click you can call up information on opening times, parking fees and other services and choose the right parking garage. Your navigation system will take you to the selected parking garage.

The parking session starts automatically when you enter the car park. The barrier will open automatically through license plate recognition or through identification of your car park access card.

To use the access card in the parking garage, make sure that you have linked your card to your user account in the app.

To enter the car park, hold the PARK NOW access card in the vehicle towards the reader (up left) or directly to the reader in the barrier.

Your parking process starts automatically when you enter the PARK NOW parking garage and ends automatically when you exit.

Please double make sure that the car park you are entering is a PARK NOW partner car park as well as that the license plate / card reader are free of obstacles.

In the event that the barrier still does not open through license plate recognition or car park access card, please get a regular ticket to guarantee a swift entry into the car park. When leaving the car park, please pay the ticket at the payment machine.

We constantly aim to improve our service. Please let our customer service team know about the incident through the “info” area in your app so we can look into the incident as soon as possible.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused in advance and thank you for your understanding.

In the event that the barrier does not open upon exit of the car park through license plate recognition or car park access card, please contact the car park via the intercom. The employees of the car park will check your customer details and open the barrier manually for you.

The PARK NOW customer service will be briefed by the car park employees about the incident and add the end time of the off-street parking action manually. Please note that this can take several hours. As soon as your parking action has been updated, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. We constantly aim to improve our service and apologize for any inconvenience caused.

If the chosen car park is equipped with license plate recognition, your license plate will be automatically read and the barrier opens. You will be able to park without your car park access card. If the car park does not have license plate recognition, please get a regular ticket and pay the ticket at the payment machine when leaving the car park.

In the event of loss or theft of your car park access card, please contact our customer service team. The card will then be deactivated immediately to prevent misuse by unauthorized individuals. You can place an order for a new car park access card in your personal account to continue using PARK NOW off-street.

The delivery of your parking sticker or car park access card by post may take a few days. You can, however, use PARK NOW directly after registration for on-street parking. If you have not received your sticker or access card within one week, please contact our customer service team.

Find the PARK NOW car parks comfortably by using the PARK NOW app or website. Furthermore, PARK NOW car parks are visibly marked at the entrance of a car park.

The service of PARK NOW can only be used in our partner car parks. For car parks that are not yet part of the PARK NOW portfolio, you have to use a regular paper ticket.

With the PARK NOW access card you can to drive in and out of all PARK NOW partner garages cashless and ticketless.

How to order the access card in the app for a one-time fee of € 2.69:

iOS device:

Open the main menu “Account”
Select the sub-category “Utilities”
Click on “order access card”

Android device:

Open the main menu “Manage”
Select the option “Cards” (at the top of the screen)
Click on the green plus sign (bottom right)

Click on “order access card”

To enable automatic licence plate recognition, make sure that you have activated the function in the app.

To do this, open the app and go to ‘Account’ on the bottom of your screen and select ‘Vehicles’. Then select the vehicle you would like to activate license plate recognition for, then tap the toggle next to ‘Licence Plate Recognition’ to activate.

Once activated, all participating car parks that provide licence plate recognition will now recognise your car via your licence plate. Barriers will open automatically when you enter and exit. An access card is not required.

The parking session will start automatically when the barrier opens and ends when you exit. Billing is taken care of automatically via a monthly invoice.
