Exit car park: The barrier does not open through license plate recognition or while using the car park access card. How do I proceed?
In the event that the barrier does not open upon exit of the car park through license plate recognition or car park access card, please contact the car park via the intercom. The employees of the car park will check your customer details and open the barrier manually for you.
The PARK NOW customer service will be briefed by the car park employees about the incident and add the end time of the off-street parking action manually. Please note that this can take several hours. As soon as your parking action has been updated, you will receive an e-mail confirmation.
