I no longer want to pay the basic monthly fee. How can I change my tariff?

You have the option of switching to our silver membership tariff, which means you only pay a service fee of € 0.29 per parking session, instead of a fixed amount each month.

Would you like to change your tariff to pay per parking session instead of monthly? Switch membership in 3 simple steps:

Open the PARK NOW app and go to “Account”
Go to “My Membership” and click on “Switch Membership”
Select “Silver” and click on “Switch Membership” to confirm the tariff change.

How can I cancel my PARK NOW account?

We’re sorry to hear that you want to cancel your account. You can cancel your account via the app using the following steps:

Android:

Go to “Account”
Click on “Edit profile”
Scroll down and click on “Deactivate Account”
Follow the steps outlined to deactivate your account

iOS:

Go to “Account”
Click on your account name (at the top of the screen)
Scroll down and click “Deactivate Account”
Follow the steps outlined to deactivate your account

Can’t see the deactivation button? Please update the app in the App / Google Play Store before deactivating.

How can I deactivate my PARK NOW business account?

If you want to cancel your business account, please contact our helpdesk. We can help you deactivate your account from the last day of the following month.
