I received a parking ticket. What can I do?

If the correct zone has been activated and – if applicable for the city – the parking sticker was clearly visible, then a parking ticket should not have been issued. In case a ticket has been issued, please check the respective parking action under the “parking history” within your personal account. If the ticket has been issued incorrectly, please contact the customer service with reference of your client ID and parking details. The customer service will investigate the case internally and get back to you as soon as possible.
