PARK NOW is compliant with the GDPR, and sees the GDPR as an opportunity to reaffirm our commitment to your privacy and data protection. We strive to ensure transparency, lawfulness and fairness in our personal data processing.

To achieve this we have rewritten our Privacy Policy to better inform you of how we use personal information, appointed a GDPR team and an independent Data Protection Officer who will monitor our GDPR compliance. We have made new agreements with our partners and third party suppliers to ensure that they also meet the GDPR requirements, and we have also incorporated the principles of ‘Privacy by Design’ into our products, services and internal  processes.(Privacy by Design means that we proactively include privacy considerations at all levels and incorporate them in the way we operate our business.)
