Unless you have opted to receive communications from third parties, PARK NOW only shares your information with the partners and suppliers necessary to provide our parking services. This would include municipalities or private car park operators, and secure payment services.

Internally, only PARK NOW employees who need to service your parking transactions have access to your information. This mainly concerns members of our administration department, who process payment details, or members of our Customer Care team who help resolve any questions or issues you have when using our products.
