How it works

Parking is particularly convenient

1. Find

PARK NOW displays all parking zones and car parks in the neighbourhood in the navigation system. Partner car parks are marked with a star.

2. Parking at the roadside

A popup appears automatically when the vehicle is parked in a chargeable parking zone. The parking process is started by pressing the button and ended by simply driving off.

3. In the parking garage

You can navigate directly to the target parking garage – the barrier opens automatically via license plate recognition or with the PARK NOW access card. The parking process starts and ends automatically when entering and exiting the car park.

How to activate PARK NOW in your BMW*

1. Download & register**

Download the PARK NOW app and register for free.

 

2. Connect

Note: To use PARK NOW in your vehicle, you must add the vehicle to your ConnectedDrive account, by entering the vehicle identification number (VIN) and ideally the license plate number. Open the PARK NOW smartphone app and log in with your PARK NOW account.

a) Within “My Account” you have to click on the menu item “Connect your vehicle” and then on the “BMW ConnectedDrive” logo.

b) You will now be redirected to the ConnectedDrive portal. Log in there with your ConnectedDrive access data.

c) Confirm the PARK NOW synchronization by clicking on “OK” and then add the ConnectedDrive vehicle to your PARK NOW account.

3. Log in

Now all you have to do is get in the car, select PARK NOW in the navigation menu and log in with your ConnectedDrive access data. And last but not least: place the parking sticker PARK NOW parking sticker behind your windshield.
